Effective January 1, 2026. The licence that governs how you use the Kitch platform and the page it builds for you.

Licence grant
While your subscription is active and in good standing, Kitch grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Kitch platform and to display the restaurant page it generates and hosts for your business. This licence exists only for the duration of your subscription.
What the licence covers
The licence lets you use Kitch to build, edit, and publish a live page for your restaurant — menus, hours, promos, photos, QR-ready links, ordering, and owner updates. It is granted per restaurant. It does not transfer ownership of any Kitch software, template, design system, or rendered output to you.
What stays yours
Your content is yours — menu items, descriptions, hours, contact details, and any photos or media you upload. We’ll export it on request. The Kitch templates, code, branding, design system, and the rendered HTML/CSS as a unit remain the property of Kitch; you receive a licence to display them while subscribed, not a copy to keep.
Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or republish the Kitch software, templates, or rendered pages outside of Kitch; reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or the design system; remove or obscure proprietary notices; or use the platform to build a competing product. You may not resell access to Kitch without a written reseller agreement.
Acceptable use
Use Kitch for legitimate food and hospitality businesses. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content, attempt to disrupt or probe the service, or use it to send spam. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you publish, including menu pricing, allergen information, and any claims you make.
AI-generated content
Kitch uses AI to help generate copy, layout suggestions, and imagery. AI output can be inaccurate or generic and is provided as a starting point — you are responsible for reviewing and editing everything before you publish, and for ensuring the final page is correct and appropriate for your business. Stock and AI-assisted imagery is licensed for use within your Kitch page only.
Third-party services
Kitch integrates with third parties such as payment processing, mapping, image providers, and review platforms. Your use of those features is also subject to the relevant third party’s terms. Kitch is not responsible for the availability or actions of third-party services.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end the licence if your subscription lapses or if these terms are breached — for example, misuse of the platform or unlawful content. On termination, your right to use the platform and to display the rendered page ends, and the page goes dark at the end of the current billing period. Cancellation does not include a transferable copy of the site itself.
No warranty
The platform and the pages it generates are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We work hard to keep Kitch reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kitch is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the affected restaurant in the three months before the claim.
Changes to this agreement
We may update this agreement from time to time. Material changes take effect for new billing periods with reasonable notice. Continuing to use Kitch after a change means you accept the updated terms.
