Kitch, explained simply.

Build your private preview first. Pay when you want the restaurant live.

What is Kitch?
Kitch learns your restaurant and helps you run it. Keep your website, menu, hours, promos, QR and direct orders together. Build a private preview first, then choose a plan when you want to go live.
What does get started free mean?
Build and review a private restaurant preview without a card. It is not a live $0 plan. Your restaurant is not public until you choose a live plan.
How do I make my restaurant live?
Approve your private preview, then choose Starter or another live plan. Starter is $49 CAD/month.
What are the live plans?
Starter is $49 CAD/month. Operator is $149 CAD/month per location. Kitch Orders is $299 CAD/month per location. Control is custom for restaurant groups.
Can customers order directly?
Yes. Direct ordering is available on paid Kitch plans. Kitch takes 0% of direct orders. Standard payment-processing fees still apply.
Can I use a QR code?
Yes. Once your restaurant is live, the QR can point to your current menu and restaurant page. Update the restaurant without replacing the printed QR code.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. You can connect a domain you already own on paid Kitch plans.
How do menu and hour updates work?
Use the dashboard or tell Kitch what changed. Update menu items, sold-out items, hours and promos without rebuilding the site.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Paid plans are monthly. Your restaurant stays live through the billing period you already paid for and then goes offline when the subscription ends.
Who owns my restaurant content?
You own your restaurant content and uploaded media. Kitch owns the Kitch software, templates, code and design system.
